Passionate Pelican is approximately 550 square feet of the most comfortable and exquisite vacationing experience! Highlights of the sister cottage to nearby Whistling Duck:
Views abound from the numerous windows and french doors located in the kitchen-living room plus french doors and many more windows in the master bedroom with en suite bath. Situated on one floor, set high among the treetops, accessed with a spacious deck for sunning or sipping your morning coffee and tea, creates the scene for an amazing view overlooking gorgeous Lockabar which is an area known for it's beauty. Turquois waters made for swimming, snorkeling and fishing and a mile of sandy beach for walking, sunning or exploring can be found just steps away from this beachfront property. Also with 3 nearby uninhabited islands to explore, it is indeed a paradise.
Tasteful touches abound inside and out with an original painted sink and specialty tiles in the bathroom/shower and also glass tiles on the kitchen countertop in a fully equipped kitchen will make this a home away from home. A queen bed with high thread count sheets and festive colored bedding creates a romantic and relaxing spot to reminisce or dream up your next memorable excursion! Inside the living room is a bumpout seating area with surrounding windows which feels like you are nestled among the branches with beautiful ocean views to gaze upon! DVDS are on hand for a movie night or many, board games, puzzles, and books will complete the moments you just want to BE! Outside, near the entrance and steps to the deck, is an outdoor shower you will come to love and experience time and time again!
As with Whistling Duck which is located roughly 100 feet away, privacy abounds. A covered gazebo is located at the waters edge and can be enjoyed anytime. There are several restaurants close by which feature tasty Bahamian dishes and two stores in Clarence Town which is located about a mile away from the cottages. Also Clarence Town sports 2 bars where you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage.

Rates in US Funds:
Rate for 7 night stay for 1 or 2 adults:
$1200.00 USD for dates reserved from December 1st, 2008 to August 31, 2009
Less than 1 week: $200.00 per night w/three night minimum
*All foreign bank transactions will be subjected to a processing fee determined by the transaction*
50% deposit required at time of booking
Reservation will be considered accepted after receipt of check, money order or certified bank check of deposit within a 7 day period after acknowledgement of rental dates.
Remainder of monies due need to be received 60 days prior to arrival date.
Full deposit returned if cancellation is 60 days or more before reservation date. Less than 60 days no refund available.
All reservations made within 30 days of arrival need to be paid by wire transfer only.
